What moves you?
Every day presents itself with a challenge. Sometimes the challenges are simple ones. Sometimes they knock the wind out of you and you have no idea how you will push yourself the next day. We have all experienced days where getting out of bed requires more energy than it normally does. Days where we feel lost, stuck in life, or just tired of the everyday hustle.
Whether you have realized your wildest dreams, are in the process of achieving them, or even still dreaming like I find myself doing, please keep pushing! Remember why you want whatever it is you want so bad and do not stop until you achieve it. Remind yourself of your purpose, that you are worthy and deserving, and do not let anyone tell you otherwise. What moves you? Write it down, put it somewhere you will see it everyday. I promise this small task will have lasting effects, but only if you do it. Protect the meaning of your life.
Book recommendation: Man’s Search For Meaning by Viktor Frankl
This book is about a man that survived the unimaginable and how he managed to find meaning when everything seemed meaningless. This is an excellent book that furthers the message of finding your purpose in life.
“Ever more people today have the means to live, but no meaning to live for.”
