Frequencies, Family, & Friends

I woke up this morning thinking about the radio stations I listen to when I am not listening to my own music. The signal on all of them are strong. So I drew this analogy to the connection I have with certain people in my life. Much like the radio stations with a strong signal, the people I am closest to are the ones I have a strong connection with. But this isn’t always the case. The signal or frequency drops when I travel to another state. The same happens in real life, we are all busy living, taking care of our responsibilities so it’s normal to drift apart (essentially like tuning out of a radio station). Months sometimes even years could pass but you know how to tune back in to that “frequency”, there are people that you will effortlessly click with forever. I love to understand life through analogies. Hope you all have a beautiful day wherever you are in this world.

I chose this song because of the amount of analogies used in it and because it is about when you have the urge to talk to someone but maybe too scared to admit it and reach out.
